Hi, As Ron says ratio is 1:1 How much of each you need to use depends on how long your hair is. If it's long you'll maybe need the full tube - 60ml plus 60ml of 10 vol. You can always make up less and see how you get on, then make up more if you need it 🙂

Hello all, Has anyone experienced banding with this range? I have a client that I've been using half 10N and half 9N and I can see banding. I've seen this happen with double pigmented shades in other colour lines before, but never with standard shades. Anyone else seen this? Thanks

If I tried the Shades EQ again, should I go for maybe 9P mixed with 9N, or 9V or even 9NA.....very confusing 😕 There is a pic attached further up of how it looks at the moment
