Thank you. I am really disappointed in this heater. As soon as the lid is off it cools rights down and by the end of a full leg treatment is really stringey and way too cool. Definitely does not keep the wax at the temperature it claims. I will keep trying!

I've used their tea tree creme wax for a while and it is a little sticky but I'm happy with it. Trialing their multiflex at the moment and so far it's fine but got a hollywood next week so that'll put it to the test!
