So when does a root retouch become a colour correction...?
i have a client who doesn't like to come to the salon often, and when she does, shes always booked in for a bleach root retouch and often has checked on the price.
So i understand the heat of the head will mean that roots processes...

ive been trying to create a rich blood type red with the Wella mix tones... I've tried mixing the 0/65 and the 0/45 on a 1:1 ratio but it's still more on the flame Red/orange side than the red I want
Does anyone know a tried and tested ratio as I've run out of clients test hair to try anymore...
At college we would use color:ID in the Wella colour and then use free lights as the lighter er...neither transfers or bleed...so I could merrily go about doing my Balyage to cover the roots and the rest of the hair all in one go.
My problem is thst I csnt get hold of color:ID, it's a direct...
so ive not seen this in either of my two local salon wholesalers.
Is it a direct account product or am I just unlucky with my local stores?

I use Kadus colour, they are the baby sister to Wella and I've always found the result identical and the numbering system is the same here in the UK.
Today I had a client with Virgin hair, level 6.
She wanted a very natural looking ombré and wanted it cool and not warm...or in her words...
