    Is this the end for Manchester Beauty Show???

    Very disappointing, no jessica, no OPI and I have come home the second year running having to go to Salon Services tomorrow... Money to spend nothing to buy. I have been told ExCel in Feb will be good but coming from North Yorkshire that is a long way to go.

    If you are already qualified and have your certificates for insurance purposes, you could always find a fello "geek" to help you out. ie shadow work in a salon ask questions, hands on etc etc... this way you could taylor make your training instead of going over old ground at unnecessary...

    LA Tan 8% opinions

    I only use 8% LA tan and my clients love it. I have asked them if they would like the stronger one but they just love the subtle tanned glow it gives you. I have one client that likes to have two coats but most are happy with 1 coat... client age range from 14 through to 63!!! hope this helps xx

    I was exactly the same when I started thinking that I should not say no, but eventually I was exhausted and was working all sorts of hours. You must make your hours and stick to them, it is amazing how clients will adapt and fit in to your hours. I did not loose one client from doing this...

    Rub On Tan ??

    A client of mine has mentioned a new rub on tan... (going backwards I think) but wondered if anyone has heard of it, who the makers are etc. She said it is quite muddy and once off last longer than spray and looks absolutely fab. Thanks in advance of your help xxx:rolleyes:

    Advice about CIDESCO schools in Ireland or UK

    I did ITEC CIBTAC and CIDESCO at the Yorkshire College of Beauty. They keep up with modern trends,have a very strick work ethic and yes I would recommend them. They have a good pass rate. When I was there they did not do IPL dont think it is in CIDESCO remit. Good luck
