I've been doing nails a long time. I have 1 client who used to go to a nss and get her nails done. Lately she's been coming to me. Problem, her job is handling frozen foods and she will snap a nail off. But when going to nss they wouldn't break. How do I deal with this? If you know what I mean.

I keep the roller heads on the wax cartridges, and clean it while it's hot and write the person's name on it.

I've done this to myself. I had changed medication, I put it down to that. She may have changed medication as well.
