Hello my client has chosen dialight 9.12 or 10.12 to tone her highlights. Is this straightforward? Her highlights are lifted to a 9 but always 10 around the hairline. Will the 10.12 be a better option or a mix of the 2 and which developer should I use please? Do these shades come out a nice shade?

Yes, she likes the way it fades out rather than a solid regrowth line. I realise that I will need to cleanse the existing reflect in order to introduce another colour. I'm interested to know what anyone on this site would do in this instance given the information
