Thankyou for your replies. I ‘used’ to on medication for anxiety and that was when my application was at it’s worse. I am not on them anymore. Trinity, Thankyou for your reply also. You’re right, I need to be kinder to myself and more confident. I’ll definitely look into refresher courses xx
