OPI GelColor - free edge not curing?

Check hand placement. It may be too far in x

What to pay a beauty therapist?

I agree with above. Also even though we have a NMW, it’s not really a rate you can live on. Supermarkets pay more than NMW for stacking shelves! I was a carer a few years ago on NMW. They didn’t pay extra for overtime or night shifts, just the NMW (when it was under £7) Most of us either had to...

    Letting gel extensions fall off

Where have you seen this? I can’t say I’ve seen it recently. No you shouldn’t wait til they ‘fall off’. Where on earth did they get that from? [emoji848]

    Wax complaint

I don’t know who your insurance is with, but in situations like these, mine says never refund straight away. Always decline and say you’ll get further advice. Then phone your insurance and see what they say. If you refund then you’re admitting liability x

    Wax complaint

The best thing to do is phone your insurance and speak to them about it. They’ll advise on what to do next

I use INK. It's amazing! The customer service is fantastic. They're not expensive and the products are brill. They have a nail tech group on FB so you can join that :) x

    Mobile therapists - record keeping

I keep mine locked in a metal box, and take a folder with new client cards and aftercare advice with me. Then just transfer the client record cards to the box when I’m home x

Professional Beauty Systems tint & developer

I've got the cream developer, but it doesn't have any instructions. The bottle itself says look at the tint, but the only instructions the tint has is for the drops. I've emailed them but no reply yet. Does anyone know how much cream developer you use? I'll buy the drops if I don't get a reply...

    PB London - who’s going?

I found it different from last year as well! I went to one tanning company and asked about their spray tans (they have them on their website) and she said it’s all about the beds today [emoji849] We were there for 2 hours and I skipped the majority of it. I got a lot of stuff from INK, some nail...

    Nail tech beginnings: advice wanted!

I just don’t get on with them. As Perfected already said, I love the colours of OPI, but it just doesn’t last on me. In my experience their customer service is appalling too. But some people swear by them and CND. I use INK London x

It looks sensitive. I agree with Vic. Maybe one of your home care products is causing it x
