Hey, I believe you will need to strip the colour out with bleach first, as tint won't lift tint, even high lift tint. Use bleach with a med peroxide as lifting it slowly will get a cleaner lift than using a high peroxide and doing it too quick, once you have lifted the colour out you can then...
