Hi All, quick question. I done I client natural base 6, I used 6 & 6.64 on roots and 6.64 on ends (majirouge). Roots came out so flat no warmth at all. Used 20vol on roots and ends watered down 20vol as majirel is permanent not semi. The ends are nearly too vibrant and the roots are too flat...

I done a strand test pre & 20 and no difference, done another pre & 30 and it lifted to a red undercoat. It's home box colours, it a really heavy flat 4!!! Does that make sense. I going to Effasor with just warm water to lift that heavy dense colour off it.
