I want to switch hard gel brands. However, I seek a brand that has thick viscosity non self leveling gel as well as others. So far Light Elegance seems to be the only one I have found. Before I throw all my eggs into the LE basket, I wondered if anyone knew of any others? I know Ikon has some...
I was wondering if anyone has any experience with their products? I found them at pro beauty and tired two of their builder gels. I liked what I tried but I know they have a ton of products. I did a search on here but can't find any mention of them. Hoping someone can provide some feedback.
One of the current brands I use only does medium viscosity gel. I want to change hard gel brands but, LE seems to be the only one I can find with a variety of viscosities. Can anyone recommend any brands that have runny, medium and thick hard gels?
I am just wondering how you got experience? I am qualified but all the nail tech jobs I have seen require you to have experience. If you are a newbie, how on earth can you get experience?
I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this companies products? I picked up a couple gels while at pro beauty to test however, they aren't a name that I was particularly familiar with.
Can anyone recommend this company? Their colours look lovely however they are rather pricey for the size bottle you get. Wondering if you feel it's worth it. Are they highly pigmented?
I am setting myself up to be work from home as well as being mobile. I was taught to use consultation forms. I never used record cards so just a little confused about which way to go. Which one do you use or do you use both?
Do you use more than one and if so why? Lots of people I've seen seem to stick to one brand and one brand only. There are things I like from several brands so like to be able to mix it up.
Now that Light Elegance doesn't have a UK stockist I was wondering if there are any hard gels which are similar to one step? I just love the viscosity for encapsulation. Other brands tend to be medium and upwards.
I was wondering if anyone has done their nail art course? I haven't done much in terms of nail art and want to do a few courses. Just curious if it's worthwhile.
So I have done a gel course with City & Guilds at my local college. It was ok and informative but feel another course will help me build my confidence. Now I could do another beginners course however will a conversion course help give the confidence I desire in my application?
I'm a bit mythed as to why this is happening. I've done their nails before and they lasted up to 4 weeks before she broke one and came for a fill. This time however they haven't even lasted a week. They are just dropping off. I don't understand why because I did my prep work as usual. They...
Can any tell me how to prevent builder gels from crawling out their container? Even when I only tear away half of the foil, the gel stills manages to creep out. It's really annoying but I don't know what to do.
Sorry if this has been asked before. This week is my last week of training at level 2 which means I'll be free to go out into the world and carve a name and business for myself. However I'm stuck when it comes to what brands I should invest in. There are so many out there that it's just...
I'm a nail tech in training and I'm coming to the end of my gel nail extension course. My college has a salon attached to it and I had my first day there yesterday. I did a full set on a client and I came away disappointed because I wasn't happy with my work. It wasn't as smooth as it should...
So I'm currently doing City & Guilds level 2 gel enhancements. I was going to move onto level 3 but I feel like I need more experience than the course can provide. I thought about doing some training with a company such as Light Elegance but was curious if anyone has experience with them? I also...
