It's blunt cut too so I would go for 250. I have really thick hair and I need that amount and I also need them quite high up the bonds need to be thick at the ends too hope this helps

I used the lamp they recommended but I didn't like their customer service or the product anyway, but I've found one that works for me now.

TGB lamp is a sunuv lamp I believe so you can just buy one of those a lot cheaper. UV should cure the product fine though but personally I don't like TGB it's too thick and I had problems with lifting and chipping. I've changed brands and getting 3+ weeks no problems
