    Born Pretty mirror chrome powder not working

    Please help. I am using Gelish base coat, ASP color 2coats and then born pretty no wipe top coat. Then I add the mirror powder. It does not chrome it goes sparkly. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Any suggestions ?
