Extension gurus... I have a lady the wants nanos. At my training they said you need double the amount of strands for nanos as what you would for micros. However, if the strands are the same weight is that correct?

Can someone explain the difference between nano rings and tiny tips for me? Have been researching but not finding much out. Are tiny tips smaller copper tubes?
