Hey! I haven't used Biometrics lift lotions, but I've used Salon Systems before and I hated it because I felt like the results weren't as good! I'm now using Lash Bomb, it's a little bit more expensive but you get what you pay for, I haven't had a bad lift since switching! xx

What size shields are you using? I tend to use the small shield on everyone, as this gives the best look and is really noticeable!

What company are you training with? It seems a bit unprofessional that they aren't responding to you! I think you should book a different course which is in a classroom rather than online, I trained with The Beauty Academy, and I found that they were super friendly and helpful.

I've been using Lash Bomb for the past 2 weeks now, and the results have been so much better/quicker! I'm yet to try Lash Base, but I might give them a go as they are cheaper :)
