I have people always trying to use year old (or older) vouchers. I usually dont honour these but lately I have been wondering if I did honour them, whats the point using an expiry date?!

I tries doing an ombré on a regular client yesterday and it didn't work. I have done it before so can't work out why it diet work?! Can someone let me know the steps you take to do an ombré, and what products you use (as in what sponge. Etc)

Yes I Do all that already.... but I often find by the time someone hasnt turned up, there isnt enough time to inform the next person/they have gone elsewhere etc. Its VERY frustrating.

On average I do 8 treatments a day... L&p, bio sculpture, shellac. I work tues- sat. This coming week starts off quiet which will change, but I'm looking forward to some down time.
