I've been told I have arthritis in my wrist, so am thinking of a e-file to remove gel polish from hard gel extensions (particularly my own) as this causes a lot of pain. Which e-filed would you recommend please?

Yes I agree, CND or Sweet Squared their distributor in UK should address this problem that so many of us are having. If I had the chance of a refund I would return my lamp to Sweet Squard
