My solicitor does not have disabled access ( its an old victorian terraced, 4 storeys). When I asked if he was breaking the law he replied NO. Apparently if you offer your services off site i.e in the disabled persons' home then that is acceptable. To get round this he obviously offers home...

I have 2 1/2 jobs. I teach & support students with SpLD at the local college. I do nails weekends and evenings for friends and friends of friends. Last, but not least, I do the accounts and ordering for my husband's business. Variety IS the spice of life, allegedly! :eek:

Thanks ladies....she is 16 and mum and dad are also wary of an apprenticeship. She would still get dyslexia tuition (from me) even if she comes to college just one day a week.:)

I have just had a new student. (I am a dyslexia tutor). She was a very bright girl on the full time Hairdressing Level 2 course. She tells me that she has just been offered an apprenticeship but is scared to take it. She gets approx 4 hours 'hands on' in college a week. I'm not a hairdresser...

I used to have acupuncture regularly for my back condition. I also had cupping done at the same place....I always left the clinic feeling like Olga Corbett (cast your mind waaay back:))...unfortunately the feeling didn't last for me...but that doesn't mean it won't for your hubby...good luck x
