    L’Oréal help

    Hi can you give me some advice on majirel colours please I’m really stuck new to using L’Oréal 😩 any help would be greatful I’ve done a new client this morning using 4.8 but it’s not covered any of the greys and has left a shadow at the roots? What have I done wrong mix with 20vol
