Sounds like a candidate for E45 shampoo if used regularly it will sort the problem out and it is not harsh on the hair. I have several clients who’ve gone through similar trauma and I always recommend it and they are amazed at results Hope this helps

Oh I have had loads of these in very strange places and yes they can be painful. The plaster works but if you make a cross with two plasters it helps plus savlon or similar with help to keep germs at bay

Hi try looking into cleansing conditioners as they are perfect for naturally curly hair. They replace shampoo. A great brand is Grow Gorgeous. Also a turban is perfect after washing Never rub with a towel. And of course regular trims.

I do a lady base colour 6 so I bleach it then put a beautiful copper colour over it with no peroxide This fades in time but she just tops it up herself. Mydentity direct dyes are amazing . I only use 6% volume in bleach.

A tool box on wheels is perfect I have one with three layers you can use the top as a table Any of the big diy stores sell them.

Hi sorry you were poorly ,having long hair can make matters worse because of the weight of the hair , maybe when you can have some cut off also we are what we eat so a healthy diet is key plus vitamin D as we don’t make this in our bodies. Hope this improves for you
