    Toning help please

    Hi, Just wondered if I could have a little help. Hair bleached to level 9 roughly. what toner to use? It’s still a little yellow for my liking really- wanting to turn it ashy. Will KP9/16 work with a low level dev? Or 10/97 although I did a strand test on a yellowy part and the rest was lovely...
