I've used 10 vol joico it's developing at the moment no salon and mobile as im a mum used 5a 4n as the rest is really dark and the roots are crazy red its looking ok 😀

Hi I pre lightened to a base 6 and used a fashion purple forgot to put gloves on got very messy hands! But the colour didn't touch it rinsed straight out so shampooed with a cleaning shampoo and tried again with purple haze from fudge still nothing any suggestions many thanks :-)

Hi , i use joico which seems to work well, but if i get a problem then i pre soften with 6% liquid peroxide put under heat while i mix up my other colour and that really seems to work, i have used l'oreal before and there .o range is really good and no pre soften needed but if its still stuborn...

I would try joico products colour endure really helps to protect and very moisturising and also try a treatment after you have had it coloured to put back the moisture and protein you have lost from having it coloured k-pak penertrating treatment is great once a week x:)
