Since the new year we have started to close on a Monday, we were paying out more in wages than we were making. Mondays closing seems to be a bit of a tradition, people in my area don't seem to go looking for a hair cut on a Monday.

I want to start retailing funky nail files. I went into another salon a while ago and they had a lovely EDGE file display with individually packaged files. I have googled for hours I haven't been able to locate the same type of retail unit or anthing similar. Can anyone help?

Hi Twinkle, What I would suggest is that every 2 weeks when you do the nails, you get your hair washed and blow dried, or a conditioning treatment. She will soon get the message, that you expect to receive equally what you give.
