I go on e-bay to compare prices for clothes in shops and games for consoles...... and i have found they are more money than in the shops :eek:

My hubby advertises on yell.com and it has got him loads of clients.... We pay to have a big advert aswell,we even had 1 bloke turn up who dialed 118 and asked for the nearest tattooist !!

I would not have done it !! Lets not forget YOU are your own boss.....so YOU make decisions on discounts or special offers. I bet if she wen to a shop she wouldn't have asked about a discount...just paid the price. If she comes in again and askes tell her it was a one-off.

I would call your client and say that you have had to cancel.....i would ask when can you re-book her so she knows you wont just cancel and forget her !!

I would do this but also bring it up in conversation about fleas and they are horrible to get rid of.....they might not realise they have them as some people don't.
