for me i get the $20 tips pretty regular and the occasional $35 & $40 tips, but my best had to be a $400 tip on a $175 set ! I was so stoked......i had to drive to this woman about 1 hour away from me.Needless to say whenever she called ,i was there! she was a very very good tipper...

totaly ,to apply heat to the acetone soaked cotton balls and foil ......also try paraffin. the heat makes the acetone work faster. guru

sorry i didnt respond sooner but, its been busy at the salon.....anyway ...... using paraffin provides heat to the acetone(which makes it work faster).using this method makes it easy to give ur client a soak off and a moisturizing treatment at the same time......kinda kill 2 birds w/ 1 stone...

sammy ....quik question. what about soaking in foils with paraffin? it only takes about 15 or 20 minutes? guru

at least 6 times . ok .....i know are u preping before u use the girlfriend? i find that if u use scrubfresh on the nail before u use the girlfriend(to get rid of any unwanted oil and dirt ), i get better results.oh and if u plan on using lotion on the client do this after u get that high gloss...

well here in texas its law...we have to use new boards or disenfect.so we use new files on every client as well as disposable foot pads for our foot files . i know its a bit much....but here theres so much concern about salon safety , and i have to be honest ....i agree. i feel its not that hard...

i always keep a little acetone near my station and run a little cotton ball with acetone across the grey side lightly . always be sure to use the black and white side thoroughly , its very important if u want to get that high gloss shine.i find my girlfriends last 4ever. using the acetone or...
