No the base in in differnt coloured acrylics. I never air brush anything. All my art is acrylic or paint. Anything else i can help you with please feel free to ask. ;-)

I did my Lvl 3 in Nail Techniques when I was 8 years ago but left the industry for a few years. Came back to the UK and self / re - trained in sculptured with NSI products 18 months ago. Could prob do with re-trainning poroperly I know but no time lol, not a bad thing.
