I think you have done a really lovely job on this set. To achieve the sleek, pointy look at bit more length would be required. This lenght you have is a managable lenth. Gr8 job
I prefer to scuplt as I feel a lot of time is wasted in sizing the tips up and buffing + a sculptured nail is stronger than a tipped nail. I also use the reverse method which also reduces my time in scupting.
Its a bit hard to comment on this set as the shot has a bit of distance in it - therefore we cannot see any close views of the smiles, side walls, zonings etc. R U able to get a close of view of this set???
My opinion is - I not keen on the overall look of this set you have posted. The pink looks too transparent plus too pink in places (I can see you short nail underneath). I know that you have stated that this is the look that you prefer, but perhaps try going for a more natural look. But hey...
Yeah it is isn't it!!!!! I love doing nails and now kick myself that I didn't seek qualifications a lot sooner. P.s: don't worry about your first set of sculpts being a bit "how ya goin" I remember mine looking something like playdoh stuck to the end of fingers. But with determination u will...
gr8 detail, but crikey how does she do any work with them at this length. Guess wishfull thinking from my part - I wish I could ave them this length!!!!
If you have a good quality printer, why not try and print some up yourself on good quality translucent tracing paper. Do a google search of the image that you require, reduce the size to suit the nail, print, cut and apply.
2 b truthful, it is not my cup of tea. The bright pink is just not fitting and the flare just looks so unnatural. Sorry, bt this is just me thoughts. But thanks for posting.
You could also do up a prize pack (cuticle oil, hand lotion, scrub, file etc) and raffle it off. The names & numbers you collect from this could be used to advertise monthly specials etc.....
Try Avon........I remember seeing this recently in a catalogue and was going to purchase but is only comes in a blue colour and my colour theme is Fuscia & Black. If I remember correctly - it didn't cost that much.
If anyone uses these could you please give me your thoughts....At present I just use my suppliers own quick dry spray but was wanting to know about the solar speed spray. Also not use but does it also come in a lotion..... Your thoughts would be appreciated.
