I just used acetone for this. It doesn't need to be nailfresh. The result is exactly the same and acetone is more cost efective. I have one brush that I use just for this too.

I used CND Candy Apple for my last comp. Sometimes they give you one to use but In the past I have taken a few different reds and used the one that looked best with my models skin tone. I think CNd has one called b positive or something similar that is a fab red with great coverage.

I agree with this comment. We call this just a Soak off with manicure or enhancement removal with manicure. Also I don't know about there but here in New Zealand cnd do not like their L&P being called acrylic in advertising. Maybe check this with geeg? It may be different there.:)

That's good that they are not soft. It still seems that it is the medication causing it and in that case there may not be anything you can do to prevent it. Have you tried both acrylic and gel? Are they lifting off completely?
