the way i see it is...if shes self employed..how the hell are you supposed to set her clientelle up? especially if she aint helping u out when u need it... shes been given a good opportunity at ur salon, and shes acting like a spoiled brat who wants it all her own way. sounds like a horrible...

i might sound like a dumb nut here but i have never heard of extending the natural nail bed before applying tips... certainly wasnt part of my nvq? x.

personally...i love the fake look..but i do know that most clients want something natural =] good job though they look perfect. x.

the flowers are very delicate and flimsy arnt they lol well i find overlaying them with gel is better than L&P... dunno about the little bits falling off like..never happened to me before? x.

u just do it the same as embedding rhinestones....stick the flower on with glue then overlay. but as somebody said also, a think layer of acrylic to stick it on will work too =] x.

reading this thread made me think... when im using L&P i get a slight headache n sometimes go lightheaded... switch to odourless? or will it make no difference whatsoever? x.

wow scattyfox...i felt belittled for her when i read ur comment... heather, i trained with millenium and didnt find their L&P products very good...so switched to the edge L&P and found it very good and easy to use. not massivley expensive either. =D x.

i know im gunna sound really stupid but... what is a NSS salon?? ive been reading through this thread and im lost...haha x.

im trained in all 3!! however, i HATE fibreglass. its soooooo fiddly and i just dont think it has the same finish as acrylic or gel. i think its a good idea to offer all 3 though.

personally...well in the area i live in...acrylic tips are most popular. so if i were in ur shoes id deffo go with the L&P course. =D x.

i really like these nails..cant see why u cant find any1 that does. its the kinda thing i would have on myself. really unique x.

god, i wouldnt like to have my nails pinched by that when having them done!! sure to be risky. x.
