Go to the site and have a look, they should tell you how is valued - that doesn't tend to be the amount you pay because you times it by the rateable factor (or something!). X

Its actually rateable value - you can then use your localcouncil website to work out exactly you will have to pay, but you can probably get a small business discount as well. x

I like it! The only thing I would perhaps put is not to be used in conjunction with any special offer or something like that? (sorry if you have - just glossed over the text!) I personally would do this but you may decide it doesn't matter to you! x
