I have a westie called Louis - I got him from a rescue centre as no one wanted him, he is lovley cheeky and has real spirit. They hardly shed any hair, they are intelligent and can be taughteasily. Have you thought of looking in the rescue centres there are a lot of poor dogs in those places...

Peroxide 6% + hot water and shampoo should work to get the unwanted tones out

I would say that Joewell are the best, and I can also reccommend Coolblades, I have used them to buy scissors and to sharpen some, their service is fantastic, you can send them your scissors free of charge they sharpen them and send them back to you within 3 days, I really noticed the difference...
