Yes me too, the whole effect was stunning with both makeovers, and the differences in approach between the 2 therapists was interesting.
Did anyone notice how the lady judge's eyebrows went up when Heather said she'd apply party lashes?
I think all 4 therapists did brilliantly, and are a...

The Boudoir??? How they can charge the fees they do is beyond me, but then i guess many transvestites are prepared to pay them because they don't know any better.
Jodie Lynn advocates pan stick, or stage make-up, which looks so different in daylight it's an almost instant give away...
Hi Mat
I agree that most drag artistes and some transvestites do use panstick, but (imo) the only problem with using pan stick is that it really does look thick and heavy when up close.
It's very hard to make panstick look natural, which is what so many transgendered people want.
I do find...
I agree. with Weezie
I'd be inclined to work out how long your average manicure takes, and how much you charge per manicure, convert that into an hourly rate and charge that as that would also include your product costs as that's all ready factored into your manicure cost.
I've never done...
I've found that a coat of NSI's thermoshield topcoat works wonders in making a polish last.
It cures under a UV lamp, the nails are touchdry after the cure, and the shine is amazing
It may be worth a try?

Hi M00min
I love working with my transgendered clients, and they're amongst the easiest to please and polite and curious about techniques too.
They're also extremely lucrative, as there aren't many professionals offering services to the transgendered community, and some involved in...
Matt, i'm so glad i wasn't drinking my coffee when i read that, otherwise i'd have sprayed it everywhere...
It is possible to work around one, and if anything, it's probably safer, take time and you should be fine!

Following on from the questions regarding curing, would Gellish / Axxium cure under a biosculpture lamp?
I've never got on with biosculpture and want to change my system to gellish or axxium

How about phoning BABTAC / Guild / ABT direct, and asking them for a rough idea, or even an average kind of price?
I guess you'd need to tell them what treatments / equipment your theoretical salon would be offering and using.
I'd imagine they'd be more than willing to help.
I guess the aim...
Why does that attitude from Bio-Sculpture not surprise me?
They were really quite off hand to me last year at Beauty UK at the NEC. I've since switched products because of thier rubbish customer service.

Hiya
Are you registered unemployed? (even if you're not actively looking for work)
You should then get JSA, but the most important is being registered unemployed because if you're registered unemployed you should be able to get funding at your local college for what ever course you...
I'm giving up chocolate and biscuits, and it's been quite hard to say no.
I need to loose weight and feel more positive about myself, so i'm also trying to give up comfort eating. I have no idea how long this one will last though.
I think it's about taking control, not just giving up for...
I use Austrailian Organics strip wax (in a plastic tub) and i use my client's microwave to heat the wax up so it's pliable for about 3 - 4 minutes and check it every 45 ish seconds (so it's not runny runny liquid) then i drop it in my heater whilst i'm setting up.
I am aware that microwaving...
I use Smiple light moisturiser first thing in the morning, let it soak in, and then my foundation is MAC Mineralise liquid foundation, set with Mineralise skin finshing powder.
I love MAC, and wouldn't dream of changing, all though i do quite like the moisturing foundation from Benefit, but it...
I was recently in our community scratch nativity (which was after the estate christmas meal) as an innkeeper, and the following day when we were driving home from the child minder, i was telling my eldest all about it
"Were you Mary?" he siad
"No Darling, I was an Innkeeper"
"You should...
I think my worst business mistake was when i agreed to take the manufacturing division of the family engineering company on. I'd worked alongside my dad and brother for 10 years, i thought i could do it, 3rd generation engineer... my dad retired, my brother ran the sales side, and left me with...
