Can these be used for fills?

I have noticed more clients lately requesting nail art over clear polish. specifically natural nails. Anyone else picking up on this?

Does anone know if thier bits are standard? I would like to try some other kinds/styles of bits but do not use an e-file regularly enough to warrant purchasing another. I am also interested to see if snading bands are universal from machine to machine. Any info appreciated!!!!
