    Is it okay to NOT use tips?

    I have found it to be much quicker for me to just sculp length onto a nail rather than apply a nail tip. Is this okay to do? Or do I NEED to put a tip on and then an overlay? BTW I do not to pink and whites, just clear/pink

    Why do my enhancements w/HALF WELLs break?

    I have used several brands of half-welled tips; ALL of which always crack off the client, no matter how perfectly they are blended, or how flawlessly they are glued. I can only get a full-welled tip to stick...why?

    Any clue what brand gel we use?

    I work in America...I don't know if that makes a difference, but the salon I work at uses an organic gel, it's yellowish in color and moderately sticky. It comes in a dish thats white and plain. My boss says I don't need to know what brand it is... any clues on what it could be?
