Just a thought, did you remove the plastic film from the plate before using it? When I first got my kit I didn't and it wouldn't pick up the design properly! :o I always wipe the plate with polish remover before each use, just be sure to let it dry before using it.

Hi, I'm in Poole too! I did the Creative manicure course and I can highly recommend it. I did it at the Bournemouth Academy. If you want to do the enhancement course at a later date you can do that with them too.

How about having a colour wheel with your colours on to give to the client, if they are numbered, you can have the corresponding number on the lid of the bottle.
