I would do the massage and exfoliation first then the shrinking violet. There's no point exfoliating afterwards as the sv oil needs to stay on to continue to work or just explain to him how the sv works and maybe suggest something like reflexology x

Really you should do a pregnancy massage course to be insured for it. You can adapt Swedish/holistic massage, but there are points along the body which should be avoided during pregnancy as they can trigger labour. It's best to have the proper training xx

Go for it now!! So long as your clean and tidy it doesn't matter what you look like. I'm not one for wearing lots of make up, or tan. I don't wear false lashes or nails, but I always make sure my hair is tidy and my uniform is clean. A bit of mascara and some lip gloss goes a long way :) xx
