IBD gel lifting after 1-2 days

I'm assuming you've been using cuticle remover every time you've done your nails.. so I doubt very much if there is a lot of cuticle to remove? You can take your cuticle pusher to push back the cuticles gently and see if there is any one the nail... if there is gently use the pusher to remove...

IBD gel lifting after 1-2 days

Have you tried not using the cuticle remover, dehydrator and acetone? Acetone is very drying for the nails and a nail cleanser might be less harsh .. prep apply base, x2 colour and top coat... it's hard to work out what's going wrong for you without seeing how you work, so we can only offer...

IBD gel lifting after 1-2 days

Agree with Bob... The product works, I don't use it any more as I don't really like the consistency of it. But when I have used it worked well and lasted. But like anything you need to be trained and your prep, application need to be spot on.

    NFU-OH

Trinity- Thanks, yes I used to love the stuff they did. Its a shame they are gone. Like you I still have some items from them, lasted well. It was the fine glitters that they did which I was looking for...shame

IBD gel lifting after 1-2 days

Iv'e only tried IBD a few times (brought a couple of bottles) but I found one of the colours to be quick thick. Could it be when your applying it, it's a little thicker at the sides of the nail? Which could cause your lifting there. Maybe try and pay extra attention to see if it tends to gather...

Thearobertsxo- Gel polish shouldn't be lifting, where abouts are you getting this lifting? Is it all the nails?

    NFU-OH

I haven't been on here in years. But I wanted to ask if NFU OH was still in business? Iv'e been searching but can't find anything -I'm guessing they have ended, unless anyone knows any different? I love the glitters they had and the gorgeous polish bottles ...

    EN Gel course, disheartened

I know there are totally loads of threads on here about EN courses. It may be worth doing a search...I believe also that there is a group for EN maybe worth joining that. EN courses are not for everyone, some need more help than others ie: someone training them, rather than a dvd. x

My Gelish getting ruined when removing polish

I'm not sure how you're nails are getting to that state. You really need to use you're hands and fingers in a different way or less acetone. There is no need for your nails to come in contact with any acetone, whilst removing others. You should be putting your acetone on a cotton ball, placing...

Feeling like a failure and need to man up!

If she's that poor why was she having her nails done, rather than put the money towards baby stuff! But we have all been there helped someone out, only to be stabbed in the back...it's because we are nice people. As for clients becoming friends..you do have to be careful. Having said that...
