I have always done threading after removing the facial mask and have had no problems whatsoever. A full face threading typically includes brows, lips, chin and side(sometimes forehead). Eyebrows and upperlips are relatively safe to do.In the end You are the best judge basing it on the skin...
Comb the hair downwards and then cut them just below the eyebrow line. This way you will be safe to begin with. Comb them back up and see whether you like the eyebrow. Just repeat again if not. HTH

Vanity is rubbish...got a whole box from India.I do threading use a thread which is 98%cotton.It breaks less! As far as anti bacterial goes thats also a publicity gimmick.Anything exposed to air becomes bacterial.Only way to keep safe is to keep threads in a clean box and not leave them lying...
