I would ring Lush-Us hun and speak with them. am pretty sure that if you show them a bank statement to say the cash has gone, they will sort it :D Failing that, contact your bank and explain to them and they may be able to reverse the payment? xx

Which bit needs cleaning hun? My best advice would be to take them to a professional cobblers/show repair shop. they have the machinery to buff the marks out of the wood, clean any leather/suede areas and have the experience of dealing with shoes to do it great :D The shoes are very lush too...

I haven't got or used a cyberlox lamp hun but I am guessing that the blue plastic inside the lamp is the plastic used by the factory to prevent scratches etc to the metal finish. It would need to be removed to allow the metal to act as a reflector :D

I agree - the government should also realise that the people who have paid into the country for years to then change career and retrain may also require help starting their own businesses. Not easy with mortgages, children etc to pay ( not saying that those under 24 don't have thecommitments...
