I have this lamp and have found it to be excellent. I did get it cheaper than that price though I cant remember where. I got it for about £69 i think so its definitely worth shopping around! x

are you trimming off the skirt at the eponychium end of the popit? The overlay is much flatter on the nail if you do cut it off with scissors and there is no 'step' x

i dont use the edge products so cant comment on that but you dont mention if you are building an upper arch with the gel. A good strong upper arch (or apex) is what will provide balance and strength to support the tips youve attached x

I find Brisa excellent tho I havent used Axxium to compare. Can you find a tech locally who uses them and try them both out for yourself to see how you get on with them? It will be difficult to get an answer that will be very helpful unless there is a tech who uses both x
