Hi all, I was wondering if any of you mobile therapists have offered in Microdermabrasion? I'm looking to do it to bring up profits. Training seems reasonable but machines seem to differ greatly in price!

Who are they? Where are they? I'm mobile and have most daytimes filled now. These people are elderly, mums at home, ladies that lunch, ladies on shifts (eg police officers, croupiers, customs officers) they're all there waiting but do they know that you are waiting for them?

I used Sunless for years and even did some work for them but they let me down with an urgent order a few months back so I switched to Nouvatan and I've had no complaints from clients! The service from them was excellent!

I know somebody who successfully sold their client list for £2k! She worked alongside the new therapist booked her clients in with her so she could see them booked in and showed her accounts. It can be done but I'd say it was very much trust based!

They drive me mental!! They all copy and paste the same thing too which if I can be bothered to reply I tell them! Sometimes I ignore, sometimes I politely say thanks but no thanks, sometimes I'm rude if they get me at the wrong time!!!

No need to give people receipts but have a book in case. I've done some work for charities who require receipts etc for accounts so you may need them at some point. But as for day to day definitely not!

Post once a day every day, check your insights for optimum times when people are on. Connect with other local businesses and post on their page (eg local ladies sports teams) about their business rather than yours but so your companies page is seen! You've got to give people a reason to like...

Yes I would never use clients towels. You can pick them up at a decent price at supermarkets and places like poundstretcher!
