IMO its not acceptable for a 5 yr old to be playing out without adult supervision. I have a 4 nearly 5 year old & he doesnt go anywhere on his own. He has road sense but if his ball went in the road or a friend called him he may be disttlracted and after all there's plenty of time to play out...

Hi there My kids love Peppa but itd only the 15 month old I think would appreciate it. Personally I would pay £50 for an hour with Peppa as i think by the timeu have paid for food, cake & party bags it can get v expensive xxx

I would def contact her altho I think the main issue is spraying a pale client with a 20%. i would spray a pale client with an 8%. dont let clients dictate to u. U are the trained professional. Hope u get it sorted xx

Could the wax have been too cold? Cold wax can drag the skin and the skin is really sensitive on the brow. Caroline. X

Hi It sounds like a histamine reaction which is a reaction to hair being removed rather than a product. I always get this on my eyebrows. Red lumps that sometimes turn into a tiny whitehead or peel. Aloe vera would be great to use after. Caroline xx

Hi I wear gloves for everything bar eyebrows. I just find them too fiddly. I use the nitrile ones as I just cant get on with vinyl and I hate powdered ones as they make my hands sore! Caroline xx

Hi this is a common issue. Try spraying from wrist to underarm with clients arm up and then immediately dry. If someone has very large upper arms is can sometimes almosy impossible to avoid it. Caroline xx
