Hmmm just wondering why you would lash a client that has tritchotillomania?? EE only encourages them 10 fold to pull lashes out. Any client who willingly tells u they pull their lashes out is a big red flag. Don't be upset I really dont think it would have been anything you did :)

If def depends on how happy/unhappy she is with the current set. If you show her pictures of your work and she would rather your style then uv just won over a new client. If she wants them the same as she has then you need to explain and educate her as to why you won't take her on as a client...

All of the above suggestions are great and what ever you use make sure your ergonomics are top priority!! Have you tried the travel pillows? The ones that wrap around ur shoulders that you take on planes etc??

On the note of tape... Have any of you lovely lashers tried the nexcare tape? I don't use it on every client but I do find it to work extremely well on clients who tear up and anyone who has sensitive or allergy prone skin.

If ur finding the tape is still too tacky you can de tack it a little on the back of the clients hand. Obviously you would ask the client first if they would prefer this or if they prefer the tape as is. Please don't de tack on your own skin as you will not be following good infection control...

How is the humidity or temp in ur room? Try putting some foil over your stone this helps a little to delay the drying time. Jade or crystal - they both do the same job :)
