Hi, I haven't been here for a loooong time. I have now a question. A new customer wants a gel polish but without any color. How shall I do that? would base and a top coat be enough? I have more than 160 colors to choose from but she wants blank.

There is nothing wrong in using an electric file as long as you use it correctly. You can make more damage with a hand file if used incorrectly or by untrained hands. I am using my e-file all the time and can't imagine not having it. It takes me 45 minutes to have a client done. And time is money.

Why is it that using an e-file has to damage the nails? I have been using one since I started with nails 10 years ago, can do infills in 40 minutes and never ever caused any damage to the nails. In fact I have seen more damage done by over filing with a hand file.

I just collect them into a washing bag and then wash them in a washing machine.
