Barnet is spelled with one "t" and wouldn't have an apostrophe since it is a plural.
Not really knowing anything about your salon (clientelle, style of salon, area etc) it would be difficult to judge which name would suit.

I did a blue-black with majirel mixing 1 with 3.1 (can't honestly remember the ratio) but that's more of a subtle blue - like when the light reflects rather than being really obvious.
How about installing little led lights under the shelves and painting the shelves funky colours or something? Can you put a pic of what your backwash area looks like cos it would be easier to give ideas from that...
