hi i have ibs, its to do with food that you eat, if i eat spicy food,takeways eg burger king, or even go to a cafe or restaurant .then it tiggers it off, still not sure what causes it at these places all i can think off is the oils they use. hope this helps www.aboutibs.org michaela
