Yeah well I done that with her blonde highlights today but no she's decided she wants darker all over. The 7/07 isn't dark enough for her. So now I need to decide on how I'm going to go about it :/

Have you asked them to try clarifying shampoo? Might help a little?

Done it today what do you all think some constructive criticism please. Still learning re colour especially with some thing like this. I used bleach and 20 vol on roots, 10 vol on ends, 8/1 and 6/1.

Has anyone used a colour remover? We never got shown any colour remover in level 2 so not had any experience with it as yet but wondering if this would be a good road to go down or not? Any suggestions would be great
