    Nail Art Popularity

I *love* nail art. I am always wearing some type of design on my nails and toes. I am one of only 2 nail technicians in my town that do free hand nail art so most of my clients come to me for the art. I would say 80% of my clients regularly get nail art (at an extra $10) and probably 98% of...

After 4 years of working in a home based salon I am now full time at the biggest hair salon in town.. and loving it!! :D I always had my prices the same as the 'down town' salons while I was at home. Since starting at the salon last week I have raised them again. I had a girl in today...

    3 D nail art

Hiya Kerrie How have you been??? EzFlow coloured acrylics are so fun :) Just use your normal acrylic brush but you need to work very dry... you only need a teeny amount of liquid. I wipe my brush and then wipe again on paper towel and just use the very tip to pick up some powder. You...

    French Tips

I nearly always use white acrylic. I love really deep smile lines and most full sets have less than perfect nails. Putting french tips on these makes the smile line look too far down the nail, so I use natural coloured tips and lay white acrylic where the smile line should be to create a...

    New Nail Art Pictures

Hi Suey The white on the zebra nails is actually white acrylic - same colour as I used on the tips, EzFlows Truly White.

    Using Drills

I spent $600 on my e-file and use it probably 1% of my time. I use it to clean under the free edge of grotty clients and I use it with a chamois bit to buff to a great shine - saves my wrist :)

    Cleaning nails

I use my e-file to clean under client's nails - you wouldn't believe some of the gunk that comes outta there!!!
