I have 2 senior stylists and 1 stylist and i charge £40 pd to senior ( because they charge more ) and £30 to stylist. They also buy their own colours, products etc. I supply shampoo/ cond and tea/ coffee for all clients. It does depend what your prices are tho, as if they aren't earning enough...

Yes you should be able to get it in capital, i retail it too. Great for my platinum and red clients especially. Keeps hair refreshed between clients. I have been on a wella course recently and they highly recommend it!

You can but Colour fresh by Wella. This is a toner you can use yourself, it will foam up slightly, goes on wet hair and can be left between 5 and 20 mins. There will be a few applications in one bottle. Ask someone to show you a colourchart for colour fresh, can't really recommend one without...

It depends what you are using for a toner? Colour fresh are not mixed with anything, colour touch are mixed with 1.9%. What colours do you use?
