    Driving test in own car?

ballyboo - Thats awesome! I was a little worried i hadn't had training for an instructor. But i know myself. And my mum knows exactly how to handle me and was the best person to teach me. Its great to hear a success story being taught by a parent. :)

    Driving test in own car?

Thank you for your reply. I have just managed to find a link with things your car MUST have in order to be used. And thankfully it seems to be ticking all the right boxes for that.

    Driving test in own car?

So i've finally booked my driving test for next month :Scared: I have my own car, and have learnt in that car. I know it inside out and love driving it. So right now i'm just polishing up on how the examiner would want me to drive. Push/pull steering etc. I am pretty sure you can take the...

How to separate eyelashes when doing extensions besides using tweezers?

Isn't almost impossible and a bit dangerous to apply eyelashes to yourself? Strip ones, yeah but SP? You would only be using one eye, and could easily make a mistake. Why not trade services with another lasher?

    Lash training

How about... not thinking so much of it as 'paying out' but thinking of it as an investment. You believe nouveau is the best training for you, yeah? And you obviously feel CND is the best training for you? (btw im not disagreeing with you on any of this just trying to make your point) So why not...

    Business cards in party bags?

I don't do pamper parties, but if i did then yeah i would include a business card. You never know, their friends might ask where they got their treatments from and then they can say 'ooo it was a lovely girl that came to do a pamper party, here's her card....' you could make it a referal scheme :)

Do you like this name for my business?

Its a cute name. Almost sounds 'delicate'. I would imagine it would appeal to the younger audience also :)

    iPhone or Blackberry for business?

I agree, iphone is probably the better option. My dad who owns his own business (not beauty related obviously) used to own a blackberry but now owns a iphone as it seems better for business people. Like someone else said, you can use icloud and transfer things to ipad etc.

    Lash training

If your heart is set on nouveau then why dont you spend a little more time saving up. Or try and get some people in place for after the training in advance so you can start earning your money back. Flirties worked for me. I did 1-2-1 training which was SO much easier for me as i didn't have to...

Facebook page, business/group or add as friend?

I agree, do a facebook page. Also, you can advertise on there through that to reach your target audience. I have recently advertised and it has proven to be successful for me. Good luck!

    Daily Mail - lashes

I've just seen this on facebook, poor lady! She must have been terrified. I know i would have been. Like the previous poster mentioned, it just makes us all aware how very important patch testing is! Even when clients are adamant they don't need/want one, its always best the ensure proper rules...

    Lash training

Hiya, Well I trained with flirties. I would 100% recommend it, but i haven't trained with any others so cant compare for you. In regards to not knowing much information... don't base your choice on that. Speak to the girls on here that trained with flirties or the trainers on here. Go to their...

    Best lash courses out there

I would depend on which type of lashes you want to train in. If you do a search within the forum you will find many threads about training etc. I trained with flirties in semi-permanent lashes and loved it.

ICS make up course or QC Master make up course

Just make sure you take the time and decide which one is best for you. :) You can try compare the two by what you would get with the course. And what ending qualification it will give you :)

    Cluster lash insurance?

I highly doubt you would be covered to do something you haven't been trained in. The company i trained with have a separate course for cluster then SP. I would suggest training in Cluster lashes before your able to get insurance for them.
